Your information allows us to stay in touch and to answer your plans.

Who is responsible?

Why do we collect your data?

If you join the opening list, we use your email to tell you when bookings open, with your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, through the link included in every email or by writing to us.

If you contact us about a wedding, we use your contact details and the information about your plans to answer you and prepare a proposal. This processing allows us to follow up on your enquiry before any booking. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Without them, we cannot process your enquiry.

Who has access?

The authorised estate team and the technical providers needed to host the site and manage emails. The site is hosted by Hostinger.

How long do we keep it?

Opening list registrations are kept until you withdraw your consent, and at most 3 years after your registration or last contact. Enquiries without a booking are kept at most 3 years after your last contact.

What about cookies?

The site uses two technical cookies and no audience or advertising tracker. The form cookie (cde_form_…) keeps the result of a submission made without JavaScript for 15 minutes. The preview cookie (cde_preview) is limited to people the estate sends a preview link to and lasts for the browser session. These cookies rely on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service. Any optional tracker added later will require your prior choice.

What are your rights?

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use and, where applicable, object to its processing or request its portability. Write to us at contact@chateau-de-letang.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
